Everybody says that weight loss is an extremely difficult task that takes months and sometimes years, and that you have to eat terribly boring foods to see any results. I know for a fact that this is not true because I lost over 20 pounds in only 21 days using a secret diet I found online.

INGREDIENTS :  1 can of Chickpeas, drained | Two cups of boiling water

PREPARATION:
We put chickpeas in a glass jar that can be closed and we add  boiling water, close the cap of the glass tightly and wait for one night, then start drinking it 25 minutes before the morning or evening meal.
Continue this mingling for 7 days and give it a break for 7 days then start
