I squeeze fresh Organic lemon into warm water, don’t boil them! Boiling kills off all the beneficial stuff that’s in the lemon. That’s why it’s always suggested that you not boil vegetables, and instead steam them, or even better, eat them raw! It keeps the nutrients intact. You can boil things to sterilize them, but I doubt you want to sterilize your lemon. Haha 😂
